For weddings with the expected number of guests to be lower than 275 people, a room hire charge will apply. The room hire charge is set at £3,000 inclusive of VAT, but can be adjusted subject to the minimum number of guaranteed guest that will be expected. For weddings of a smaller nature, the room hire will be charged according to the final expected number of guests.
